Eureka Flag Ring is trading under The Bookman business name. Any reference to The Bookman in the below Terms & Conditions applies as if referring to Eureka Flag Rings, and vice versa.

Please ensure you are fully aware of the Terms and Conditions of sale before placing your order. By proceeding with an order for any The Bookman product, it is assumed that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of sale.

Payment
All orders can be completed online either via the PayPal facility or through another payment option arranged directly with us. Full payment of your Eureka Flag Ring including Postage and Insurance charges is required before commencement of manufacture.

All orders will normally be processed within 1–2 business days of clearance of funds. Once we receive your order, we will send a receipt to you confirming your order details and an estimated shipment date.

Note:  The Bookman reserves the right to alter prices at any time.

Manufacture
We require an accurate ring size upon placement of your order. We guarantee the size of ring made is correct according to the order and The Bookman takes no responsibility for incorrectly ordered ring sizing.

Once we receive your order details, ring sizing and approved payment, manufacture of your ring begins immediately.

During this time each ring is manufactured to our exacting specifications and your nominated ring size. Throughout the manufacturing process, we keep you informed of the progress of your special ring.

Once manufacture is complete and each ring has passed our final quality control tests, the product is shipped securely to your nominated address.

Due to incorrect finger measurement, it may be possible that your specified ring is slightly large or small. If this is the case, adjustment up or down two sizes should be a relatively simple procedure by a skilled jeweller. Should you have your ring resized by a professional jeweler, The Bookman assumes no responsibility.

*Please note that as we are using natural gemstones, colour will vary slightly between each piece.

Shipping & Delivery Times
As each ring is made specially to order, provided there are no unusual manufacture or shipping delays, it takes approximately 3–4 weeks between order placement and shipment to customers.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for Postage and Handling costs and these costs will be included as a separate listing of the full order value.

Important Note: Shipping times listed reflect the time it takes for the package to travel from our manufacturing studio to your door. It is not possible to guarantee delivery times on any items. The Bookman can take no responsibility for delays caused during shipping, once goods have left the manufacturing studio.

Australian Orders
Each Eureka Flag Ring is sent via Australia Posts’ Registered Mail facility. Delivery times for Registered Post should normally range between 2-5 business days.

Each item passes through our final inspection and quality control process before shipping and is carefully and securely packaged to ensure safe transit. Should for any reason the goods be received as damaged or faulty, please follow the directions below:

Apparent Shipping Damage
1. Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, contact Australia Post to have the packaging assessed.
2. Notify Eureka Flag Rings of the damaged packaging within 24 hours after the goods have been received.
3. All items are insured so if Australia Post deems the damage has occurred within their terms and conditions, the insurance is awarded in favour of the addressee.

Faulty Goods
1. Notify Eureka Flag Rings of the faulty goods within 24 hours after the goods have been received.
2. Depending on the fault, we may decide to have the product taken to a local jeweller for repair at our cost. Otherwise, please return the product back to Eureka Flag Rings COD and we will organise to have it repaired or replaced.
3. If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit.

Returns Policy
Each Eureka Flag Ring is individually made to order for a particular customer and this makes it very difficult to store our stock our products. Once we receive your order, normally manufacture will begin within 2 business days of clearance of funds.
As our returns policy is quite rigid, please ensure you are in an adequate financial position before placing your order.
If you choose to cancel your order before manufacture has commenced, a cancellation administration fee of $AU25 for Australian customers. This fee will be deducted from your order payment and we will refund all remaining funds.
If you choose to cancel your order once manufacture has commenced, we are only able to refund up to 70% of the order value.

Product Warranty
All our jewellery carries a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Our jewellery is warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which it is designed under fair wear and tear. Our liability under this warranty will be limited to the replacement or free repair of any item of jewellery acknowledged by us to be faulty providing such faults have not been caused by misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods.

GST/VAT
For Australian customers, GST is not applicable and the price listed is the total price.

Privacy Policy
The Bookman is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Any information collected is used for shipping purposes and future The Bookman / Eureka Flag Ring promotions. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
